- Each year ACHR offers athletic participation scholarships to high school seniors who have participated in five or more seasons in any Courthouse Recreation Sport. Applications are due by April 17 th 2009.

- Courthouse Recreation strives to provide a positive sports experience for every child in our community. Please help us meet this goal by conforming to our ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY.
BASKETBALL
The Association of Courthouse Recreation (ACHR) provides an opportunity for the youth of Virginia Beach to play recreational basketball in a positive, instructive and supportive environment, with an emphasis in sportsmanship and teamwork.  ACHR offer programs for boys and girls basketball from ages 6 through 18.
