- Each year ACHR offers athletic participation scholarships to high school seniors who have participated in five or more seasons in any Courthouse Recreation Sport. Applications are due by April 17 th 2009.

FOOTBALL
The Association of Courthouse Recreation (ACHR) provides an opportunity for the youth of Virginia Beach to play recreational football in a positive, instructive and supportive environment, with an emphasis in sportsmanship and teamwork.
